Our service is characterized by an approach, not only aimed at the realization of the test, but also at understanding and solving all other related Customer problems.
Our expert knowledge of the industry and the many partnerships with design, research and development centers which we have established, enable us to respond to all customer needs, in a wide range of sectors.
Where possible and appropriate, laboratory services are performed at the Customer’s premises.

3D MEASURES AND PROTOTYPING

Aequalis is able to perform dimensional verifications using fixed and portable machines, with contact and laser scan measuring heads. The process is simple, fast and easy to understand. Our reverse engineering service uses portable laser scanner machines that allow the rebuilding of surfaces of any object. From the results of the scan or mathematical model, we can build prototypes or pre-series molds in different materials.

INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION

Aequalis offers an advanced instrument calibration service, which can highlight the general state and the uncertainty of your instruments. The traceability of our calibrations is ensured by the use of SIT certified standards and procedures. Our calibration reports are therefore fully consistent with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standards regarding measuring instruments.

MECHANICAL TESTING

Aequalis can perform a wide variety of tests, recreating the most severe conditions of use and determining the limits of your product. We can execute a wide range of tests including static, dynamic, shock and fatigue tests, with simple or composed stresses, in accordance with unified standards or self designed procedures.

NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTS

Technicians qualified in accordance with recognized standards are able to perform non-destructive tests to verify components and product integrity. Depending on the particular requirements of the Customer, we can choose the most appropriate control method.

MATERIAL ANALYSIS

The laboratory allows us to perform detailed analysis and testing, ensuring materials characterization, identifying causes of defects and disruption, and providing efficient technical support for your research. You can also choose to submit your products to be tested for corrosion, for the aggression of liquid or special substances, or to thermal shock or cycles.
